How we got here.

A few milestones so far, told plainly.

2023

We won the Velocity $100k Challenge.

WasteX is backed by the University of Auckland.

Then

Auckland Council Waste Solutions chose us.

We were selected to deliver construction waste reduction programmes.

Now

On sites across Aotearoa.

A delivery partner for Waitematā Local Board’s construction waste initiatives, and software that contractors use to turn paperwork into records.

Reporting first. Then everything it makes possible.

Reporting is where the problem is today. It also builds the trusted records everything else depends on.

Our aim is shared data for understanding how resources move through construction. Not all of it is built yet, and we’ll say so when something is ready.
