Reporting goes wrong in a predictable way. The work gets done properly on site, and then six months later nobody can find the document that proves it. The figure is probably right. Nobody can show why.
WasteX holds the submission, the source document and the reported figure as one thing. When a council, a client or an internal reviewer asks a question, the answer and its evidence come from the same place.
A gap you find during the job is an admin task. The same gap found at reporting time is a problem.
Submissions and the documents behind them sit against the project, not in whichever inbox happened to receive them.
Project teams can see what has come in and where records are still outstanding, while there is time to do something about it.
A reported quantity can be followed back through the calculation to the document it came from. No reconstructing it from memory.
The test isn’t whether you can produce a report. It’s whether someone else can verify it without ringing you.
01
Records come in the same shape from every contractor and every site, instead of four different formats.
02
The original document stays attached to the submission it created, with who sent it and when.
03
Submissions can be checked and corrected by the people responsible before they reach a report.
04
Export the reported figures together with the supporting records, so the evidence travels with the claim.
WasteX organises evidence and reporting. It does not certify compliance, grant council approval or guarantee an audit outcome — those judgements stay with the people qualified to make them.
