A figure is only as good as the check behind it.
Reading a document automatically is the easy part. Knowing the reading is right is what a council or a client actually cares about.
So WasteX puts what it read next to the original, and waits for a person to accept it. Until then it sits in a pending list, visible but not counted.
Check it against the original, then let it count.
Review is a step in the workflow, not a feature to go looking for.
The original sits beside the lines
Every extracted line shows the document it came from, so a reviewer compares the two on one screen instead of switching between windows.
Correct, accept or reject
Fix a quantity, change a material, or reject a line that should not be there. The decision and the person who made it are recorded.
Pending is visible
Anything waiting for review sits in its own list, so the team can see what still needs checking before the month ends.
Only accepted records count
Reports include accepted records only. Pending, rejected and voided lines stay out of the figures.
Four small steps between a document and a figure.
The point is that nobody has to trust the reading on faith.
WasteX reads
Lines are extracted from the document and held as pending.
A person compares
The reviewer sees each line beside the source.
Corrections are made
Quantities, materials and destinations are fixed where they need to be.
The record is accepted
Once accepted, it joins the project and company figures.
AI helps read and classify the documents. People stay in the loop: records can be reviewed and corrected before they count towards a report.
